Refund + Return Policy

We're Here to Help with Your Return

At Salt  + Sage Co, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Period

  • We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returned products must have at least half of the original product remaining to be eligible for a return.

How Do I Return?

  • Click here or click return form button above and enter the information in the form to start your return.

  • Follow the instructions provided.

  • Once the return has been accepted you will receive an email confirming your return and provide you with shipping guidelines.

 

Return Conditions

  • We reserve the right to monitor returns for potential abuse. Salt + Sage Co may limit returns, refunds, or exchanges at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for compensating or reimbursing returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement. To process this, please provide a photograph of the damage or defect and report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • There are two options to report a damaged or defective product:

Refund Options

We offer the following options for returns:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Replacement product.

Please note: Refunds are limited to the amount you paid. If a discount code or promotion was applied, your refund will reflect the discounted amount, not the full retail price.

Return Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our studio, you will receive an email notification about the status of your return. We will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
